Weeds, especially in block paving are a real problem.
Simply jet washing your paving will only cut off the heads of the weeds and water the roots!
A fungicidal wash put onto the block paving after the cleaning will not stop the weeds from returning.
From our many years experience in pressure washing we have come to realise that treating the block paving with an optional weed killer 1-2 weeks before any jet washing is the most effective way of dealing with existing weeds in the long term.
